Customer service is terrible. Food was obviously delivered to wrong house. Instead of trying to fix the issue the manager proceed to call us liars, never considered giving us our money back, and genuinely did not care. Plenty of other better places to take my business but I would advise staying away from this WestShore.
As long as you don't mind waiting 5 minutes on hold, go ahead & order. I've deleted all contacts. While Fortunato's across the street doesn't deliver, they have a drive-thru lane so you don't have to get out of your car, and they don't put you on hold like your phone-in order is worthless, Fortunato's answers the phone and takes your order immediately
This is the worst establishment of the entire franchise. We had 2 separate instances where we ordered our food and was quoted a 25 minute delivery time which we thought was pretty fast and neither time was it delivered within that timeframe, it was closer to an hour and the food was cold and stale like it had been sitting for awhile. The second time we had this issue we actually called to inquire about the time and when our food was going to be arriving and the owner was extremely rude very loud and canceled our order right on the spot. I've never been treated this way by a pizza shop owner and will never eat at this place ever again
Done with this place. Food is good, sorry customer service. Been calling everyday for 3 days. Phone just rings, they put you on forever hold, or hang up on you. Just sell it. Put someone in there who gives a fuck. You'll be out of business in no time. Fire the manager first, he's either letting that shit happen or is not involved enough to know about it. Either way, fired
I walked in the door at 9:30 pm on a Sunday (They close at 10:00 pm) and was pleased that the kitchen was still open. The place was empty and most of the chairs were stacked or upended on the tables. I ordered a pizza and hot wings, and my order was ready in 15 minutes. They also sell cheesecake and Cannoli. They advertise New York style pizza. As a transplanted Chicagoan, I am not thrilled with New York pizza, but the hot chicken wings appetizer ($14.99 for 12 wings) was meaty and delicious.
